the hotel had a great location near many bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops.
the room i received was not great , kitchen cupboard doors were poorly fitted. the kitchen utensils were limited with only two small coffee cups and no wine or beer glasses. the side of the hotel was noisy, as staff used it to enter and leave work and bins were emptied there, so i didn't sleep well.

I found the breakfast choices great. There were many options. the hotel staff was also very friendly, always offering a warm welcome both morning and evening! i particularly appreciated the excellent service from montse. the room was spotlessly clean. It.
the wifi was slow. it wasn't fast enough for streaming movies, and it seemed to go down often, especially late at night, a bit inconvenient.

The hotel sits right on the beach. It gives easy access to the sea. many shops and restaurants are very close to the hotel. It's easy to walk around. the lively harbour is nearby. It provides ample entertainment!

The staff was efficient and friendly, they met my expectations. daily, a lifeguard was on duty at the pool. I felt safe. a security man also was present. Security was solid.

The pool area is spacious with ample sun loungers. Guests can easily relax. there is a gym. I saw equipment for workouts. i also noticed a coin-operated laundry. That was convenient.

Wonderful Second Visit!

I appreciated the well kept grounds with spacious greenery and a nice pool. There were ample palapas and lounge chairs available. I liked the addition of the pilates and yoga court. Live singers performed daily by the outdoor restaurant terrace and pool. The performers gave a very nice touch.
The balcony light didn't work in my room and was fixed after I pointed it out, but there was a small delay.

the location is great next to the beach. it has plenty of entertainment and activities. at night, there's a flat strip to walk with shops nearby.
i visited in late august 2025 and wasn't impressed with some things. rooms had issues with cleanliness and facilities. sockets were falling off walls, and the balcony door didn't shut properly.
